The "via ferrata de la Cascad" to l'Alpes du Grand Serre is an introductory via ferrata located in Isère. A route that children and families will love!It's made up of 5 sections, all of which are interspersed with a path, giving us the choice of adapting the length of the route to suit our audience. It's a fun via ferrata with lots of footbridges, beams and monkey bridges crossing and re-crossing this beautiful waterfall in all directions. You move along with the water and then climb up to admire the magnificent scenery from the many viewpoints along the way. It takes just 30 minutes to walk back down the path. /p> The via ferrata de la Cascade à l'Alpes du Grand Serre is, like the via ferrata at Saint Vincent de Mercuze, a fun, bucolic route that's perfect for beginners and youngsters alike!

1Is this really a via ferrata for beginners?
Yes, it's a via ferrata where there's no need for commitment thanks to the well-separated sections and the many possible escapes. The route and the spacing between the rungs have been designed in such a way as not to be frightening.
2Is it possible to do only one of the five parts ?
Of course you can. Between each part, there's a path that can take you back to the start. There are also escape routes within each section.
3If I'm afraid of heights, is this via ferrata right for me?
This is a via ferrata where you stay at a fairly low height. So we won't have to worry about vertigo. In any case, the instructor will be there to help you if you need to push yourself.
4At what age can children start climbing this via ferrata?
You can go from the age of 7, but if you have any doubts about your children, don't hesitate to call us.
