Family canyoning
DESCRIPTIONS & INFORMATION
Discover canyoning with children!
Near Grenoble, and more specifically in the Vercors massif, there are 3 canyoning courses that can be adapted to children. From the age of 7 or 8, and depending on their size, we can take them on a tour of this wonderful activity. We'll use the same canyons as for the “big kids”, as these courses are easily adaptable to suit everyone. Family canyoning, an activity that's possible even with little ones!
The canyons are adapted to negotiate the obstacles differently. Jumps will never be compulsory, and heights will be adapted to children's needs, slides can be avoided or descended with a rope, and abseils will be managed by the instructor. And to make the canyons even more child-friendly, groups of children will be kept small.
What about older children? They can enjoy canyoning in their own way: jumps (never compulsory either), slides, abseils, etc. Family canyoning is for everyone!
The canyons selected for children are canyon of Versoud, canyon of Furon UPPER part and Furon LOWER Part. Three canyoning routes around Grenoble, all three located in the Vercors massif.
So if your children love to play in the water, if you're near Grenoble or in the Vercors Massif and want to discover canyoning, come along as a family and we'll do everything we can to make it an unforgettable experience!
